So MUCH TO OFFER

Our Story--Why Us? Why Now?

We are committed to centering and amplifying the voices of marginalized people in every course and workshop we offer. We can’t look away from the world we live in.  We can’t abdicate responsibility for doing what we can to make it better for all.  We can’t unlearn the lessons of our lived experience, Josh’s as a teacher and school administrator, Emily’s as a psychologist in the criminal justice system and as a school administrator, Rich’s as a gay social worker on the autism spectrum, Manny’s as a queer Puerto Rican political activist, and, of course our journey as a family.  Marginalized people cannot do this work alone.  We encourage you to look at our offerings.

Also, a word about our logo:  The art that you see at the top of our website is a photo of a sculptural painting entitled "Infinity," created by Allen Schultz in the early 1970s.
